  • Customers are encouraged to raise any questions or concerns during the demo stage, as no changes or refunds will be entertained once the code is delivered.

For physical products, our standard return and refund policy applies as described below.
However, for software products or development services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the code or service has been delivered. Please review the demo and technical details provided carefully before making any purchase decision.

Enhancement Services and Code Updates
Prism Weblink provides free enhancement services and code updates for purchased software for up to 1 year from the date of delivery. This includes updates and improvements in line with the latest technology versions during this period.

Cancellation Policy
For software purchases:

  • Cancellations are not allowed once the project has begun or the payment has been processed.
  • We recommend customers to communicate openly with our team before the project starts to resolve any concerns.

Shipping & Delivery Policies
For physical products, our regular shipping and delivery policies apply.
For software code delivery:

  • The software code is delivered digitally within 1-2 business hours, depending on the size and complexity of the project. In rare cases, delivery delays may occur due to technical issues.
  • Once delivered, the code is considered final, and the project will be marked as completed.
